How to Use the Lockers in the Cafe

Storing Luggage (1-Day)

STEP1 Tap "荷物を預ける" on the Locker Screen

Select "荷物を預ける" on the locker’s touchscreen.
STEP2 Select Box Size

Choose the box size that suits your needs.
STEP3 Display QR Code

A QR code will appear on the screen.
STEP4 Scan the QR Code with the App

Open the app and go to "チェックイン" > "ロッカーを利用する" then scan the displayed QR code.

STEP5 Tap "ロッカーを利用する"

Check the usage details and fee displayed in the app, then tap "ロッカーを利用する"
STEP6 Place Luggage and Close the Door

The designated locker door will automatically open. Place your luggage inside and close the door.
STEP7 Payment

The locker usage fee will be automatically charged to the credit card registered in the app.
STEP8 Check Usage Status

You can check your current locker usage status in the app.

STEP1 Tap "荷物を取り出して終了" on the Locker Screen

Select "荷物を取り出して終了" on the locker’s touchscreen.
STEP2 Display QR Code in the App

Open the app and go to "チェックイン" > "ロッカーを利用する" > "利用中" then tap "QRコードを表示"
STEP3 Scan the QR Code

Hold the displayed QR code up to the locker’s camera. The locker door will automatically open.
STEP4 Retrieve Luggage and Close the Door

After taking out your luggage, be sure to close the door.

STEP1 Tap "一時的に取り出す" on the Locker Screen

Select "一時的に取り出す" on the locker’s touchscreen.
STEP2 Display QR Code in the App

Open the app and go to "チェックイン" > "ロッカーを利用する" > "ご利用中" then tap "QRコードを表示"
STEP3 Scan the QR Code

Hold the displayed QR code up to the locker’s camera. The locker door will automatically open.
STEP4 Retrieve Luggage and Close the Door

After taking out your luggage, be sure to close the door.

STEP1 Tap the Locker Screen

Select "月極めロッカー　新規お申込" on the locker’s touchscreen.
STEP2 Select Locker Size

Choose the locker size you wish to use.
STEP3 Display QR Code

A QR code will appear on the screen.
STEP4 Scan the QR Code with the App

Open the app and go to "チェックイン" > "ロッカー" > "月極利用" > "QRを読み込む" then scan the displayed QR code.

STEP5 Complete Application

On the application screen in the app, check your credit card information and tap "この月極ロッカーを申し込む"
STEP6 Application Completed

Your application is now complete.

STEP1 Tap "月極ロッカー・扉を開ける" on the Locker Screen

Select "月極ロッカー・扉を開ける" on the locker’s touchscreen.
STEP2 Display QR Code in the App

Open the app, select your active locker under "月極利用" then tap "開ける" > "QRコードを表示"
STEP3 Scan the QR Code

Hold the displayed QR code up to the locker’s camera. The locker door will automatically open.
STEP4 Store Luggage and Close the Door

After placing your luggage inside, be sure to close the door.

STEP5 Retrieving Luggage

Follow the same steps from STEP1 to retrieve your luggage.

STEP1 Select Your Locker in the App

Open the app, go to "月極利用" select your active locker, and tap "解約" Then, tap "この月極ロッカーを解約する"
STEP2 Tap "解約する"

Once you tap "解約する" your next renewal will be stopped. You can continue using the locker until the end of the current period even after canceling.

STEP1 Store Luggage

Place your luggage inside the locker. (Applicable for both 1-Day and Monthly Lockers)
STEP2 Display QR Code in the App

Open the app, select your active locker, then tap "取り出す" > "QRコードを共有する"
STEP3 Share the QR Code

A QR code image will be generated. Share this QR code with the recipient. *Note: The QR code is valid only on the same day. Please ensure the luggage is collected within the valid time.*
STEP4 Retrieve Luggage

On the locker’s touchscreen, select "荷物を取り出して終了" then scan the shared QR code with the locker’s camera. After retrieving the luggage, be sure to close the door.
